What Happens When You Call
We start by asking what room you want done and what is on the floor now. Then we ask what is bugging you about it: wear, a soft spot, cracked tile, old carpet. That tells us whether we are looking at a simple install or something under the floor that needs a look first. We will tell you what usually drives the cost, like room size, removing the old floor and the condition of the slab or subfloor.
If it makes sense, we set a time to come measure your home and check what is underneath. We will not quote a number over the phone before we see the space, because a guess helps nobody. You get our honest take on which floor fits the room, whether that is luxury vinyl plank, tile, hardwood, laminate or carpet.
