Terms and Conditions
Using This Site
This website belongs to Flooring Humble, a flooring company working in Humble, TX and the surrounding area. By reading it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.
The site is here to explain what we do and how we do it. It is not a store, and you can't buy anything or sign up for anything on it.
General Information Only
Our pages talk about hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, carpet and the other floors we install. That information is general. Every floor sits on a different subfloor, in a different room, with different moisture and wear. What fits one home may not fit yours.
Don't treat anything here as a quote, a schedule or advice for a specific job. We need to see the space first.
Quotes and Jobs Are Set by Phone
The only way to reach us is by calling (346) 253-1583. Prices, materials, start dates and job terms are worked out with you directly during that conversation and any visit that follows. Nothing on this site changes or adds to what we agree with you for your job.
Our Content
The words, layout and images on this site belong to Flooring Humble or are used with permission. You're welcome to read them, print a page for yourself or share a link with a neighbor. Please don't copy the site, or large parts of it, for your own business or to pass off as your own.
Accuracy and Changes
We try to keep the site correct and current. Still, mistakes happen and products change. We may edit, add or remove content at any time without notice, and we may update these terms the same way. The version posted here is the one that applies.
Limits on Our Responsibility
We offer this site as is. We don't promise it will always be online or free of errors. To the extent Texas law allows, Flooring Humble is not responsible for losses that come from relying on the general information here instead of talking to us about your floor.
If the site mentions or points to another company's website, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for what it says or does.
Texas Law and Questions
These terms fall under the laws of the State of Texas. If something here is unclear, call us at the number listed on the site and ask. We'd rather give you a straight answer on the phone than leave you guessing.
